I've been waiting for this album since March and April of 2020 when Ransom put out Scene 1 & 2 of this collection.
I'm pretty sure all Hip-Hop heads have been waiting as well. And the wait is over and the timeline for MC's to step up their BARS starts now.
I'll be reviewing mostly on Friday's because most albums come out that day. Depending on how much music comes out, I'll be posting when I can within the weekend.
My daughter and I also have clothing line. Please click below to support. Thanks in advance. Now, BACK to our regularly scheduled REVIEW.

Review:
Okay Hip-Hop, why isn't there any information of this legendary MC online? If I type in a corny rapper, not mentioning any names, so many articles come up. When I look up Ransom, it's like looking for a needle in a hay stack. This is why I'm happy to report about the KING and via BLOG and YouTube.
Based of the lack of respect he gets online, I'm going to double down on promo and conversation. I've been telling people about this star for sometime, but people rather listen to rappers that have more ad-lib's than the Migos on steroids.
I'm pretty sure you are aware of when Guru from Gangstarr was alive and he put together CLASSICS with the legendary DJ Premiere. Well, let me introduce you to the current rapper/producer duo that will have people up in arms when it comes to music. There blend together hasn't missed a BEAT yet.
Nicholas Craven's production on Scene three, along with on scene one and two, has proven he is top tier when it comes to producing. Anyone that is a beat junkie, needs to look deep into Mr. Craven's career. He's been in the game for sometime, providing soulful gritty sounds since the early 2000's. And he just doesn't cater to Hip-Hop, but I believe he has found his groove with Ransom. Click below for one of his projects on Bandcamp.
Producer Nicholas Craven is from Montreal, Quebec and he is the reason Ransom stepped back into the lime light. On "The Great Minds Podcast" interview (link here), Ransom tells us that Mr. Craven was very persistent on getting him back to the MIC. And I'd like to Thank you personally, Mr. Craven. Ransom tells the Podcast, he kept sending him beats until he gave in. Not only did Nic continue to make sure Ransom resurrected his career, MC's such as 38 Spesh and Benny were in his ear as well. And thank the higher powers for everyone that played a part.
Ransom has been in the game for longer than you may believe. For over 20 years, even though he looks like he's 25. Now I know why he has a song called, "Blacula". This dude is a vampire. His been around since, "DJ CLUE, CLUE, CLUE" days. Do your history of the Bar Smith, because HIP-HOP has just let him back over the threshold and he's biting/killing ALL MC'S.
Check Out: Ransom: "Soul Killa".
When you listen to his discography, you hear and feel pain. He had some tough times growing up in the system. He was in and out of foster and group homes because his mother was sick at one time. When she got better, she contained custody back. Ransom remembers the hiccups, but says they weren't a huge impact in his pain. Most of it was from being born in Brooklyn and raised in Jersey City where most of his stories dwell.
In my last BLOG (click here), I mentioned he may have written for your girl Nicki back in the day. I haven't proven it yet, but he has mentioned he has ghost written for others such as the Murda Ink camp and Puff Daddy. I'm not mad at him for that, writers make more money than the actual artist. And when you do both, you develop quality for your lifeline as well as others. He remains not signed and was never signed to a major label. He did come close back in the day with Def Jam though.
No heavy machine needed, this album is incredible and I believe it will make it's way to the top without MAJORS. I've been listening to it since it came out. Other albums were released, but they got "Lost In Translation".

Nicholas Craven & Ransom, you put out a third project that will go down in history as one of the greatest Hip-Hop projects ever. The good news is, when I went on Social Media today, this project was getting it's just dues. People are WOKE and I'm happy that real talent is getting praised.
If you notice, Ransom loves movies. Not only movies, but he has great taste in television shows as well. He enjoys re-watching classics like, "The Wire" and "Breaking Bad". His album covers and music reflect ALL the classic movies like, "Candyman" and "Freddie Kruger". Just check out the album cut names. The themes and concepts are brilliant. And through his lyrics, you can tell not just that, but he must read and travel much. His content is educational and thought provoking bringing all his songs to life. And if you listen well, you will catch so many Mike Tyson in his prime lines from this MC. I'm still catching things he said in the first track.
The album features other Heavy Weight artist such as 38 Spesh, RJ Payne, The Musalini, Rasheed Chappell and Rome Streetz. All lyricist hold their weight with Ransom, but since Hip-Hop is competitive, nobody outshines Ran, not even 38 Spesh and Payne. And if you follow me, you know that means a lot. I'm in love with bar for bar MC's and Mr. Ransom is now in my TOP 5. Peep my MID-YEAR review of projects HERE. And check back with me for my end of the year TOP ALBUMS AND MC'S OF THE YEAR.
Speaking of MC's that people are scared of, Che'Noir is Ransom's favorite rapper. And if your wondering why, check out Ms. Noir's work load. I reviewed all her projects and she is one of my favorites as well. Click below for my REVIEWS. And let it be known, I only BLOG and YouTube MC's worth my time.
Also, check out more of Nicholas Craven's work load @ "Craven N" and "Craven N 2".
The good news is, Ransom has just started making noise again shaking up the industry. He's currently in the works with producer/rapper 38 Spesh and I'm pretty sure we haven't heard the last of the combination of Ransom/Craven.
So if your reading this blog and watching my YouTube Harold (Ransom) and The Blue Notes (Craven), THANKS for the third installment to a #HipHopClassic.
Please leave your comments below. I look forward to stimulating conversation about Hip-Hop and good music period.
