Review:

God intended for Hip-Hop to meet Buffalo, NY MC as planned. This incredible wordsmith artist is one of god's children for sure. She is very religious and it shows through her flow. On the first track she lets it be know.

I understand all too well
It seems to me, God is our responsibility
Yeah, that's right. And God's only hope is us
We don't make it, he ain't gonna make it either
 - Anti-Social (Che-Noir)

Ms. Noir is only 26 years old and she has released a #HipHopClassic. Yes, I'm saying it. The BAR SMITH has only been in the game for over a year. She started rapping when she was young, but never took it too serious. She went to college and all and still just fiddled with Hip-Hop. It wasn't until she sent 38 Spesh a message on social media, that she started getting in her bag. 38 Spesh met with her and now history, current time and the future of Hip-Hop has NEW NEEDED ENERGY.

Her storytelling ability is one of the finest I've heard. On the cut, "12 Hours" she tells the common story of her MAN cheating on her. Or at least the belief of it. And the way she sets the story up and then leaves us in suspense until the end is so dope. Instead of a chorus, it's her going to the club and leaving the club. What she does during, you will have to press play.

On "Money Orientated" with the sample from "Life's A Bitch" with Nas featuring AZ, Che let's you know about this money out here and what to do with it. Peep the word connections below. Shout out to AZ. And even though she quoted from "Illmatic", she prefers "It Was Written".

Yo, paper chase the money
But never pray for money, only pray for wisdom
'Cause nobody can take that from you
You can always tell them niggas who ain't used to making money
'Cause them niggas annoying when they finally start making money - Money Orientated (Che-Noir)

The things coming out of this "Butter Shea Queen's" discography prior and to this album has the WORLD buzzing. She actually released four singles before laying down this entire project. The first one was with legendary GOAT Black Thought. When I heard it, I got goose bumps. My spirit told me that this ALBUM was going to be a problem. A Pessimistic problem though.

Then she released three more FIRE singles with NO features to remind the WORLD that she is not someone to FUCK WIT'. She released '94 reminiscing about the year she was born. The same day NAS released "ILLMATIC". Are you serious? God couldn't have planned this better. If you read or watch my YouTube video on my review on Che's Album JUNO, I say she reminds me of NAS. And I'm just as excited as when NAS dropped "Illmatic" and Lauren Hill dropped "The Miseducation of Lauren Hill".

"April 19, doctor's say "It’s a girl"
In '94, Illmatic dropped the same day I came in this world
My mother said "The World is Yours", she was givin' me game
It's only right I take a trip down "Memory Lane"" - 94' (Che-Noir)

And I know everyone was wondering when I was going to bring up a Lauren Hill comparison. Guess what? There's somewhat a comparison with the lyricism because Che admired Mrs. Hill and Foxy Brown. You can tell mostly Lauren Hill though. When Che came to Boston for a concert last year, I got to meet her and take a photo. I mention to her that she's better than Lauren and she was so humble. She was like, "No, No, No. She's the GOAT". Since people were waiting for pics, I left her with, your NEXT.

And I'll be the FIRST to say, this is the Album that the Hip-Hop Community was looking for when Mr. Hill released her debut album. Even though we were disappointed by a lot of singing on Hills album, we did appreciate it. With Che, she's already has put out so much quality work with her Circle Trust Gang and Friends, she has surpassed Mr. Hill out of respect.

When we speak about the best Female MC's, I'll be quoting Che-Noir. Currently, I'll be quoting Che-Noir with the Male MC's as well. She has reached my Top 5 with this project. She made the Top 10 last year for My Top MC's of the Year working with the Legendary Producer 38 Spesh. If you haven't all ready, go check out her various other projects below.

- Thrill Of The Hunt
- Thrill Of The Hunt 2

Che Noir AKA Marche Lashawn is from Buffalo and Apollo Brown is from Detroit. Two of the most troubling places in America with frigid temps and various crimes. The combination of both artist give me vibes of cold steel (double entendre) and poverty. And you know what happens when Black people are in desperate ruins. We rise like the Phoenix because we are resilient and our spirits are humble, but strong.

Apollo Brown has done some Chronic, Illmatic, The Naked Truth type production on this project. He has a soulful and head-nodding music tone on this project. He's worked with some of the greats already if your not familiar with his work. From Freddie Gibbs, Ghostface to Chance the Rapper and Mr. Brown has become a Legend in his own rights. Hip-Hop Rights.

This pair has me craving for more music today. I know I'm sounding greedy right now, but this Project is incredible. Che has worked with Benny the Butcher, Kool G. Rap and the Legendary recently passed GOAT Fred the Godson. #RIPFREDTHEGODSON

This album has something for everyone. It deals with subjects such as missing fathers, loving mothers, racial injustice, inappropriate violence. CHE brings her life style to life on this project, letting us into her life with pure vulnerability and heart.

So, if your reading or viewing the YouTube Che Noir, let me be tell you that your spirit has enlightened the Hip-Hop culture within a short time frame. I'm looking forward to hearing more of you mental word play, life situations and storytelling abilities. Thank You for sharing. Now, let's celebrate this good music and share it to as many people you can reach. This album is needed currently in this wild and crazy (MonkeyNuts) world. It brings truth, love and loyalty. #TRUUUUST #TrustGang

The overall Rating: 5 MICS!!!!!

G Fam Black VS Ceverely Yours

G Fam Black VS Ceverely Yours Dear G Fam Black, Thank you once again for participating in this interview. I know you don’t do many press features, and this is a wonderful chance for your fans to learn a bit about you while still keeping some of that mystery. I truly appreciate it. Peace, G. I’m grateful for this opportunity! - G Fam Black Questions & Answers: 1. Are you originally from Brockton Massachusetts? And where are the best places to eat? Absolutely, I was born and raised in Brockton. There are plenty of great food spots here. For the best chicken, I’d recommend “Yas Chicken” and “Birdies Hot Chicken”, which are both fantastic. For breakfast, I have to mention “Alexander's Family Restaurant”. They’ve been around since I was a kid, and their omelets are incredible. For pizza, “Cape Cod Cafe Pizza” is the way to go—it's the best bar pizza in the world, a true South Shore Massachusetts specialty. A lot of towns near Brockton brag about having the best bar pizza, but th...

Westside Gunn is back with another project and this is the follow up for "FlyGod Is An Awsome God 2" and " FlyGod Is An Awesome God ". This project is actually on a major though. Dee-1 - "Timeless" Album REVIEW

Gospel Hip-Hop isn't as popular as the good people of this world would like. To be honest, it's not POPULAR at all. Most Hip-Hop is more grimy and street themed. It's where rap was born. On the streets. Not to say that the RAP GENRE doesn't have room for lyricist, artist, hip-hop researcher and heavy hitting church tunes. This youngster mastered the formula and I'm hooked. Clear your mind and press play and let Dee-1 take you on a journey.  Dee-1 "Timeless" (10 Tracks) Release date: May 1st, 2020  Length: 34:39 1. *It's My Turn/ Producer:  Chris Rockaway 2.
