Review:

G4 JAG has been sprinkled throughout my Hip-Hop catalog for the last two years. He's been featured on the majority of the music I've recently been bumpin'. Usually, when I'm already listening to great emcees, others follow eventually with collaborations

Prior to this album, I've been listening to two other albums this gentleman has put out this year. And I haven't reviewed them yet, because I'm really going back and forth with them. Meaning, I like the artist greatly, but it seems like he's still finding his groove on production. With that deep Godly voice, it's tough trying to blend with a beat and not stand out. Most of the time, I'm focused on his vocals and lyrical content. By time I listen to the beat, I'm like, I have to rewind to remember the beat. Not, with this project though.

He's found his groove with Dirty Diggz on this project. There amazing together. I'm demanding another project this year from the gentlemen. This is how good they are on this album. It feels like he married those beats, then fucked those beats and then spit out about "Octo-mom" Hip-Hop classic tracks.

Every track sounds like it was hand made for Mr. Jag. It was like Dirty Diggz was watching G4 Jag since birth and made eight beats about it. The music alone will have you in good spirits in the car, around the house or on that treadmill in the gym. All of the tracks have me going back and forth with them. I've had this album in rotation for 48 hours. I didn't leave my home because I was listening to G4 Jags entire catalog, not Corona Virus.

Now, I'm always in disarray when I stumble upon an emcee that makes me rewind the track. And when I say G4 makes me rewind, my index fingers are suing G4 right now for abuse. This MC is incredible talented. I know he's new to many, but I'm betting my next four kids on this dude. His word play has me contemplating whether he's a 5 MIC emcee. I'm debating back and forth like the Aaliyah song. I was debating back and forth like Black people listening or not to R. Kelly music. #FuckRKelly

This is a great year for music for G4. He has two of the greatest albums so far this year with "Still Surviving" and then this one. And then he has the release with The Musalini with "Scriptures in the Sky". Go peep both of those projects and his other projects as well. You wont be disappointed.

G4 JAG, if your reading OR watching my YouTube video review, I'd just want to say thank you. Your verbal warfare is dangerously glorifying and you have great taste for the music that marries it.

I'm rating this album a #hiphopclassic. The points don't add up quit yet, but the entire album is pretty much flawless. This emcee is new to the game and is one to watch and listen for. Official rating is a 4.83, but it's arguably 5.0 MICS. I'll let time tell.

And who or what's Loyalty OR Death? It's just artist/producer Flee Lords record label. And if I had to take a wild guest, G4 is down with Flee Lord and his circle of artist.

G Fam Black VS Ceverely Yours

G Fam Black VS Ceverely Yours Dear G Fam Black, Thank you once again for participating in this interview. I know you don’t do many press features, and this is a wonderful chance for your fans to learn a bit about you while still keeping some of that mystery. I truly appreciate it. Peace, G. I’m grateful for this opportunity! - G Fam Black Questions & Answers: 1. Are you originally from Brockton Massachusetts? And where are the best places to eat? Absolutely, I was born and raised in Brockton. There are plenty of great food spots here. For the best chicken, I’d recommend “Yas Chicken” and “Birdies Hot Chicken”, which are both fantastic. For breakfast, I have to mention “Alexander's Family Restaurant”. They’ve been around since I was a kid, and their omelets are incredible. For pizza, “Cape Cod Cafe Pizza” is the way to go—it's the best bar pizza in the world, a true South Shore Massachusetts specialty. A lot of towns near Brockton brag about having the best bar pizza, but th...

P-Ro is 12 FOR 12

Dear P-Ro, Thank you once again for participating in this interview. The year of 2025 was definitely a great year for you. 12 Albums in 12 months is something to be proud of. Your consistency, drive and performance shows, if you work hard, the world is yours. Questions & Answers: 01 Releasing one album per month for a year is a monumental, almost athletic creative feat. What was the core philosophy or personal need that drove this marathon? Was it to break a habit, prove something, or simply because the music was overflowing? -It was actually a little bit of all those, and wanting to challenge myself with a goal and try to get better at being organized. The list of projects I made in December looks different than what I ended up doing. If I wasn't dedicated to monthly drops, I probably wouldn't have made 4-5 of the ones I did. It's great to have a team that's like-minded and can dive in with me when I need them and make great, fun music together and share it with th...

How To Support Your Local Rapper/Producer?

The Core Problem: The Illusion of Support vs. Real Financial Impact Many fans believe that streaming a song, watching a music video, or following an artist on social media is "support." While this is valuable for visibility, it provides almost no direct income, especially for artists without major label backing. The Streaming Chasm:  It's well-known that streaming payouts are meager. An artist might need  hundreds of thousands of streams  just to earn a modest monthly rent. For underground rappers without playlist placements or algorithmic favor, this is an insurmountable hurdle. The "Exposure" Fallacy:  Many shows, especially for opening acts or in competitive markets, are "pay-to-play" or offer minimal guarantees. Playing for "exposure" doesn't pay bills. So, if streaming and low-tier shows don't cut it, how  can  fans genuinely support rappers, especially underground ones? Let's break it down by impact. Tier 1: The Lifeblood ...
